SELF-ESTEEM & FITNESS

Our Sense of "Self" and our development of "Self-Esteem" is a function of many variables developmentally in our life. We as individuals internalize many things in our life that impact how we view ourselves and how we feel about ourself.
It is no wonder that our body, physical appearance, and physical health is a huge component or part of our "Self-Esteem" and sense of Self. Certainly being in great physical shape is a confidence booster and enhances one's self-esteem. However one needs not have to look like an Arnold Schwarzenegger or an Olympic God in order to feel good about one-self. The key is optimal health where you have energy, are healthy, and feel good.
My aim with working with each individual client is to help them reach "Their Personal Best" both physically and mentally. Knowing that you are being optimized at your highest potential both physically, mentally, and yes even spiritually is the greatest self-esteem booster available.
